Providers Coalition

1. Main objective: connect and unite private practices to leverage a state wide Fee For Service reimbursement contracts per EIN practice number for the top 10 health plans in the state.
2. Our target is to have a minimum of 100 providers enrolled per state by March 30, 2026.
3. Alpha MD will keep each provider and their practice manager informed of each mile stones reached and provide communication of additional efforts to collaborate and unite in this effort.
